健身中心

The Physical 教育 Building is home to the 2,800 square foot 健身中心. Located on the second floor of the Physical 教育 building, the 健身中心 features a wall of windows overlooking the main campus quad and a cushioned sports safety rubberized floor.  It is equipped with over 30 cardio, strength and conditioning machines.  Additional equipment includes stability balls, medicine balls, ab wheels and aerobic steps.

The 健身中心 is staffed with qualified personnel who offer ongoing fitness assessments and daily abdominal workout sessions.  Staff members also can assist you by providing proper instruction on the equipment and helping you reach your fitness goals by charting your progress. Co-op students from the Fitness Specialist and Exercise 科学 programs complete hands-on training hours in the 健身中心 and assist the staff with assessments and workouts.

The 健身中心 is available to all 十大堵博正规首页歡迎您 students, 教师 and staff with a valid 大学 ID.

Located in the Physical 教育 Building, the 十大堵博正规首页歡迎您 Aquatic Center was constructed in 1975.  这是一条6车道的公路, 25 yard pool with spectator seating which plays host to several campus and local community based programs and services. ADA兼容. The 池 is available to 十大堵博正规首页歡迎您 students, 教师, staff and alumni (must be registered with the 十大堵博正规首页歡迎您基金会 prior to us年龄) for lap swim during scheduled hours with proof of 大学 ID.  十大堵博正规首页歡迎您 Aquatic Center is not open to the general public for lap swim.

Please check your Lion’s Den Announcements and Bulletin Boards outside of the pool for updated calendars.

Patrons have direct access to locker rooms from the pool deck.
